Try an editing program such as: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

I've never used it, I have Adobe Audition, but many folks say it works quite well. Just edit out the parts you don't want. When you assemble your tracks for burning, use the disk at once option, or set the time between tracks to zero.

Thanks for the suggestions. I should have made myself more clear. I'm transferring the tracks onto my portable player from my harddrive.

I love this music for the seamless transitions and then BAM! a seam.

Anyway thanks for the help.

Then it's going to depend on the player. Some can play one track right into another some can't. If yours can't you'll likely have to join the tracks back together make your lossy formatted file-type of choice and transfer.
